Bruschetta: the perfect appetizer for any occasion. Whether you are quarantining and need something to nibble on, or if you’re at the beach for an evening stroll, bruschetta never fails to provide its vibrant, juicy delight.
For this recipe, you will need:
• 4 plum tomatoes
• 1/4 cup of basil leaves or cilantro
• 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
• 3-4 tbsp of olive oil
• Salt & garlic powder to taste
• 1 large baguette, sliced 1/4″
You’ll want to start off by toasting your bread. Preheat you oven to 400 degrees, and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, you will start chopping your vegetables. Dice your tomatoes and add to a bowl. Slice your basil or cilantro leaves into small pieces and drizzle over your tomatoes in the bowl. Add your 3-4 tbsp of olive oil and salt & garlic powder to taste. Mix all together.

At this point, your bread should be ready from the oven. Take the bread out and slice into 1/4″ pieces. Take a small spoon and scoop your tomatoes onto the bread pieces. Drizzle some balsamic vinegar over the bread slices. You are now done with your bruschetta. Buon appetito ❤
